As a young child, Lara suffered from various physical difficulties. Over time, these challenges became worse. This was not something that conventional medicine could take care of.
Taking matters into her own hands, Lara began to look at the influences in her life, making significant changes to her diet as a result.
Whilst the dietary regulation helped with the conditions to a degree, it became clear that the emotional state, in conjunction with diet and complementary medicines, were the central areas that could stimulate a beneficial change.
Through a combination of Gaia Healing, Bach Flower Remedies, and Deeper Acting Flower, Crystal and Gem essences, Lara was eventually able to clear the ailments for good that had affected her for so long.
Although Lara has always had a gift for healing, she honed her skills by studying with the Academy of Eternal Light in London, England. She has been a practicing healer since 2003.
Following this, Lara went on to study at the College of Vibrational Medicine, qualifying in 2004, whilst in 2006, she completed the Gaia Mastership training, which qualified her to teach Gaia Healing Foundation Courses, Levels 1 and 2.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Lara currently lives in London, England with her husband and two daughters.
